Refund policy

Event Pass

You may ask for a full refund of an Event Pass within 14 days of the purchase, if the event the pass was bought for has not started yet. Write to the operator's email at the foot of this page with the name of your organization and the event.

After the event has started, or after 14 days, an Event Pass is not refunded.

Annual subscription

An annual subscription is not refunded once it has started, except where the law requires a refund. You can cancel it at any time in the billing portal: it then ends at the end of the paid year and is not renewed.

How a refund works

A refund goes back to the card that paid, through Stripe, and can take several days to show. When a refund is made, the plan it paid for ends: an Event Pass is closed, and the account returns to the free plan limits (your data is kept as the terms describe).

Disputes

If a payment is disputed with the bank, the account is paused until the dispute is resolved. Please write to us first: most problems are solved faster that way.

Where the law gives you more

Nothing here takes away a right that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
